NC-CADM Rust inhibitor
Rust inhibitor is a new mixed organic alcohol amine ester product, which is a new green environmental protection hydrophilic concrete admixture reinforced concrete rust inhibitor. In reinforced concrete mixed with rust inhibitor, N atoms in the molecule are adsorbed to the surface of the steel bar to form a dense and orderly chemical protective film, so that the corrosion potential is positively shifted and the corrosion potential is reduced; It can effectively prevent rust caused by various reasons such as chloride, sulfate, calcium and magnesium ions, carbonization or stray currents, thereby extending the service life of reinforced concrete structures. It is suitable for all kinds of marine engineering, hydraulic engineering, all kinds of industrial and civil buildings with anti-corrosion requirements of steel bars, buildings in saline-alkali areas and buildings using sea sand and low alkalinity cement.

- Excellent rust inhibitor performance: The rust inhibitor is a mixed rust inhibitor, which shows excellent rust inhibitor performance in salt water impregnation resistance and electrochemical comprehensive test.
- No adverse effect on compressive strength: concrete with rust inhibitors has a compressive strength ratio of more than 100% for both 7D and 28D.
- It has little effect on the setting time of concrete: the setting time difference of concrete mixed with rust inhibitor is -60~+120min.
- Good durability: the product can be effectively dispersed in the porous structure of concrete, thereby greatly improving the durability indicators of concrete such as impermeability, carbonization resistance, dry and wet cycle resistance (90 times) and freeze-thaw cycle.
- Strong product adaptability: good compatibility with various admixtures, will not affect the construction performance of concrete.
